When you purchase or lease (rent) a unit at Icon Brickell, you will have access to following:

• WiFi internet
• Cable TV: 150 Channels
• Assigned parking and complimentary valet for your guests
• Water, sewer and garbage removal

In order to lease (rent) a unit at Icon Brickell, you may need to provide the association management the following:

• Application form
• Application fee in the amount of: $125.00
• Copy of your drivers license or passport

* Private owners may or may not allow pets in their respective condos.

* At this moment, developer units at Icon Brickell are not allowing prospective tenants to move-in with pets.
